Experience:
Prior to joining RBB Steve spent over 15 years at Allianz/PIMCO. His work at Allianz included leading the Key Accounts team and RIA business. He also served as Head of Mutual Fund Product Management. Most recently he was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO and helped lead home business relationships and the National Accounts team. Steve also served as Vice President of the registered broker dealer, PIMCO Investments.
Steve previously worked at Warburg Pincus/Credit Suisse for over 11 years. While there he led third party distribution efforts across all channels including broker dealer, retirement, sub advisory and RIA. He was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and served as CEO/President of the Credit Suisse Funds and President of the registered broker dealer Credit Suisse Asset Management Securities, Inc.
Earlier in his career Steve worked in Bank Broker Dealer roles helping launch investment programs at Citibank, Chase and Chemical.

Experience:
Salvatore is the Founder and President of Vigilant Compliance, a full-service compliance firm supporting the regulatory needs of a diversified range of investment management clients. He is an Investment Management Attorney and has extensive experience with Mutual Funds, Investment Advisers, Hedge Funds, Broker Dealers, and the investment management industry. An experienced 1940 Act and Advisers Act attorney, he is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, AICPA Certified in both International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls (COSO).

Jim was a Senior Director and Vice President of BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. (predecessor firms include PNC Investment Services/First Data Investment Services/Fund Plan Services). Prior to BNY and its predecessor firms, Jim held senior level management positions at Merrill Lynch Asset Management and Bankers Trust. He has extensive experience in Fund Administration and Management within both an Investment Advisors and Service Providers. Jim works closely consulting with the Advisors and has launched hundreds of funds during his extensive career.

Lisa Dolly

During her tenure, Ms. Dolly was named by Investment News to an elite list of “Women to Watch,” and was also named as one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth” by Private Asset Management Magazine.

Nick served as President and CEO of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. In addition, he chaired various marketplace endeavors and ad hoc committees for all domestic and international derivative exchanges. Nick also oversaw the launch of foreign currency option trading.

Nick is currently Chairman of the Board of the Wilmington Trust Funds, and Trustee on Independence Blue Cross Board.
